Tenant Fees and Information

Milestone Estate Agents is Transparent

When you have found your ideal property and the offer you put forward is accepted, Milestone Estate Agents will begin to put together all the necessary documents to help you “move in”. Tenancy charges may vary depending on the agreement we hold with the Landlord, therefore it is a good idea to speak to one of our professional staff members for a full break down of the exact costs involved.

The Administrative fees includes costs involved for the formation of a contract as well as administrative costs associated with the registration of the deposit with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. Other costs of referencing includes the checking your past and current employers/ landlords, consideration of your current credit status and assessment of other information to consider your ability to meet the rental payments as part of your tenancy agreement. Fees associated with check-in are covered by the tenant and check-out will be covered by the landlord.
